Do you really need the G series from Gatorade to build endurance at the gym, or are you fooling yourself?
There are so many fancy hydrating drinks these days. Gatorade, Propell Fitness Water, even Coconut Water. Yum!
The drink aisles are full of different enticing products promising you’ll last much longer with added flavors and colors to pique your interest.
Don’t completely swear off drinking Propell or Vitamin Water. I am just saying that the main ingredient is water, after all. Make a decision if you really want to add sugars and carbs and added calories. And keep an eye on the serving size too.
I decided long ago that regular filtered water from the tap may be all I need. I know my activity level, it is not that high where I need a Gatorade each time.
